Since mid-November, over 90 4th and 5th graders had been diligently preparing to present “SHReK, The Musical, Jr.”.   The children rehearsed three times per week under the direction of Holly Raye. The children’s hard work payed off this past weekend as they performed to sold out crowds.  Franklin’s PTO hired Ms. Raye, a Broadway veteran, after a rigorous interview process this past Fall. Holly and her team, along with parent volunteers and a slew of super enthusiastic children  filled the gym with Ogre’s, Guards, Fiona’s, woodland creatures, fairytale creatures and whole bunch of fun!  It was a Big, Bright, Beautiful Shrek World!
