The PTO Executive Board directs and oversees the PTO throughout the school year.  It is comprised of parent/guardian representatives, teacher representatives, and the School Principal. The composition of the Board is governed by the Franklin School PTO bylaws.

The Franklin staff is represented on the PTO Executive Board by two teacher representatives: Mrs McCue & Ms. McMahon.
