You are encouraged to claim expenses for all purchases that you make on behalf of the PTO.

To do so, please download the Reimbursement Form attached below. Submit this form, along with corresponding receipts, to Erika Ascher. You may leave your completed reimbursement forms and receipts in the PTO Mailbox in the Main Office, or scan and email the documents to ascher.erika@gmail.com.

Please note that Franklin PTO has tax exempt status and therefore cannot reimburse for taxes paid.
