For parents/guardians interested in volunteering at Franklin, or chaperoning and/or driving for field trips, the State and the Summit Board of Education require you to be fingerprinted.

Once you have been fingerprinted and your paperwork has been approved, it will be valid for the entire time your children are students in the District.

Parent/guardian drivers are required to submit insurance and vehicle information each year, and are also required to complete a driver record background consent form.
