All registration and dismissal forms complete with payment must be submitted by Monday November 14 at 8:15am in order to participate in the workshop.
If you would be so kind to put the form in the SHReK box near the main office tomorrow am, we would greatly appreciate it.
We can not dismiss your child properly without the form.
