Everyone had a great time at the Franklin PTO 2nd Annual Welcome Back BBQ!  It was a beautiful evening with delicious food and lots of fun activities for the kids.  The enormous vertical slide was a huge hit, balls were flying at the 3-in-1 sports center, and the DJ kept the party going with a great assortment of music.  It was so nice to see so many of our teachers there as well. Of course everyone’s favorite part of the night was when the ice cream truck arrived in time for dessert.  I’d like to thank the BBQ committee Melissa Madden, Betsy Flaim, Jessica Shin and Michelle Andrews for putting together such a wonderful community building event. – Christie Engel, PTO President.
