At a bake sale on Tuesday, May 20th, Franklin School raised an incredible $2,914, which we donated to Cookies For Kids’ Cancer, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to funding pediatric cancer research. (https://www.
100% of the proceeds we earned will go to provide annual research grants to five leading pediatric cancer centers, including St. Jude’s Hospital, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Texas Children’s Cancer Center and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
A big thanks to the Student Council, for helping to run the bake sale, all of the kids and parents who baked treats to sell, and all of the kids who helped to eat the treats!
