New School Lunch Program

Pomptonian is proud to bring the Village Fresh School Lunch Program to Summit.  Our Chef Prepared selections will source high quality ingredients and infuse healthy options into kid-appealing meals.  Our Village Fresh chefs have created menu options that are healthy, tasty and visually appealing.  Specialty items such as chopped salads, antibiotic and hormone-free chicken and all-natural beef selections will be offered.  All-white meat, minimally processed chicken products will be used, along with Boar’s Head brand deli meats and cheeses.  All meals will include fresh fruits or fresh vegetables and a choice of hormone-free milk.  The Village Fresh program concentrates on including Jersey Fresh and locally sourced produce when in season.

All meals are prepared fresh each day right here in Summit.  Village Fresh will bring Summit into the new food movement, increasing quality while keeping costs reasonable.
